Returns and Right of Withdrawal Policy
1. Statutory Right of Withdrawal (For EU/EEA Customers)
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union or the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), receives physical possession of the goods.
How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to cancel the contract through a clear declaration. You can do this quickly and electronically by using our dedicated electronic withdrawal form available on our website at: [Insert your /a/withdrawal URL here].
If you use our electronic withdrawal form, we will immediately send you an acknowledgment of receipt of your request via email on a durable medium. Alternatively, you may notify us via our standard contact form or by email. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the 14-day cooling-off period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
2. Voluntary 30-Day Return Policy
For all international orders and customers outside the EU/EEA—or for purchases passing the initial 14-day statutory period—we offer a voluntary 30-day return policy.
To be eligible for a voluntary return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
3. Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items
Please note that the right of withdrawal and our voluntary 30-day return policy do not apply to the following types of goods:
* Custom-Made and Personalized Items: Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized (such as custom engraved jewelry tags, sleeves, or custom manufactured charms) are entirely exempt from the right of withdrawal and cannot be returned or canceled once production begins.
* Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines).
* Intimate, sanitary, or cosmetic goods where the protective seal has been broken after delivery.
* Gift cards and downloadable software products.
4. Faulty, Damaged, or Defective Goods (Statutory Warranty)
If your product arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing fault, please notify us as soon as possible via our contact form so we can arrange a resolution. You are eligible for a free repair, a replacement, or a full refund for verified defects.
5. Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item when exercising your right of withdrawal or voluntary return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please contact us via our contact form prior to shipping an item to receive the correct warehouse return address.
6. 60-Day Delivery Guarantee
We offer a 60-day delivery guarantee. If it has been more than 60 days since your order was shipped, you have not received your parcel, and the package tracking has not updated in the last 2 weeks, you are eligible for a full refund or a free reshipment.
