Instructions

STEP 1: Loosen the staps and slip in you toe and foot into the loosened straps.

STEP 2: Press the splint to the side of your foot. Align the hinge with your bonion while holding the end of both straps. Tighten the strap around your foot.

STEP 3: Adjust the strap around the big toe to a comfortable level

STEP 4: Initially wear it for 20 minutes at a time but then you can graudally increase it to 2 - 3 hours once you are used to it.
