Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

Most of our orders are processed and shipped out within 3-5 business days. However, for custom made items the processing time could be longer (around 1-2 weeks). Please note that during the end of January to middle of February there will be holidays for Chinese New Year so order processing times maybe delayed by 2-3 weeks depending on the item. For more specific details about your item please feel free to reach out to us via email or chat.

After the order is shipped out and received by the carrier, we will provide you with a tracking number via email which will allow you to follow up on the status of your order.

Please allow 2-3 days for the tracking information to update the first time.

2. Shipping Address Changes

If you would like to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us by email and include your new shipping address. Once the order has been shipped, we can not alter the shipping address anymore.

3. Shipping Methods, Costs, and Delivery Times

The shipping term is FOB shipping point. We provide 2 shipping options: Standard Shipping and Expedited Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and
destination of the items in the order. For most items the standard shipping rate is $5 and expedited shipping rate is $30.

*Please be aware that actual delivery time may vary from what is provided in this table as it depends on the post. We do not offer refunds if your product isn't delivered in the timeframe provided in the table; however, we offer a 60 day delivery guarantee which means that if you haven't received your order and it has been more than 60 days since your order was shipped and the tracking hasn't updated in the last 2 weeks we can give you a full refund or resend your order to you again for no additional charge.*
